Coconut Pound Cake
- 5 Eggs
- 3 C Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
- 1 1/4C Sugar
- 4 t Baking Powder
- 1 t Salt
- 1 C Coconut Oil, Melted
- 1 1/2C Coconut Milk
- 1-2T Coconut Cordial
Baked at 350 40-50 Min until golden brown and bounce back when tapped in center.
