Soft Corn Bread Cake

Corn Bread

  • 3.5C White Spelt Flour
  • 1.5C Corn Meal
  • 2T Baking Powder
  • 1t Salt
  • 1.5C Milk
  • 1C Canola Oil
  • 1/2C Maple Syrup

Bake 20 minutes at 400 in a well buttered cast iron, less time in smaller pans.
